In this paper, we study the mathematical and simulation models of the polling system with cyclic polling order and batch service. The service discipline is considered to be either exhaustive or gated. We discuss the numerical simulation results of systems with different batch size scenarios to examine the correlation between the system characteristics and the batch sizes of the queues.
